Windproof curtains are designed to regulate the natural ventilation of livestock buildings. The curtains consist of a translucent awning fabric, a drive gear, a system of blocks and ropes, a protective mesh, cables and wind boxes. The curtain, through a drive gearbox and a system of blocks and ropes, winding on the lower shaft, gradually opens the window openings from top to bottom simultaneously to their entire length, while regulating the intensity of illumination and air exchange in the room. When closing window openings, the same operation is performed in reverse order. To prevent wind from blowing in, the curtains are equipped with U-shaped boxes at the ends.
Tent material - MT-001, white, transparent with a density of 550 g/m2 with a two-layer polyvinyl chloride coating, produced by TechnoTex LLC, Mogilev. The composition of the surface PVC layer is made from products from BASF and Vinnolit. Breaking load of a strip of material 20x200 mm: in the longitudinal direction - 3132 N, in the transverse direction - 2615 N. Tear resistance: in the longitudinal direction - 250 N, in the transverse direction - 440 N. Fire resistance - no more than 100 mm/min, frost resistance - not above - 40 C, resistant to gasoline and oils.
Tent material is stretched between lightweight anti-corrosion pipes made of D16T aluminum with a diameter of 50 mm. Special linings connecting the material to the pipes prevent the curtain from folding and uneven twisting.
Restrictive cables located on the outer and inner sides of the curtain in increments of 1 meter prevent the awning from sailing and folding.
Protective polypropylene mesh installed along the entire length of the window openings, protects the room from the entry of birds.
All associated metal products (bolts, screws, turnbuckles, dowels, etc.) are made of non-corrosion material or have a galvanic anti-corrosion coating.
