JSC "Kletsk Mechanical Plant," part of the "BELAVTOMAZ" holding, is the largest manufacturer of wiring harnesses for automotive and tractor equipment in the Republic of Belarus. This allows the company to reduce costs for raw materials and components, and ultimately, for finished products.
JSC "Kletsk Mechanical Plant" is a mobile, easily managed enterprise with low overhead costs and an efficient workforce (the average number of employees is less than 400, with 200 workers involved in the production of wiring harnesses). These qualities enable the company to successfully compete with other suppliers of similar products.
Modern high-performance equipment from Switzerland for cutting and marking wires (five lines), as well as for crimping contacts (eleven presses and thirty-three standard EVSH-1 applicators), allows the company to deliver products to customers on time. The presence of an electronic testing stand for wiring harnesses ensures the quality of their production.
Currently, the company has mastered the production of over 3,000 types of wiring harnesses: electrical, electronic, and power harnesses. This work is continuously improving. All wiring harness products comply with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2018, and the implementation of the STB 16949 standard is nearing completion.
